Application

  • Click a button of ‘Apply” on the notice and fill out an application.
  • Apply without age, sex, and nationality if any applicant is qualified to requirements of any department or position.
  • Submit the application with personal information, education, statement of purpose.

Document

Decide the capability required the department based on the application submitted.

Personality Test and Aptitude Test

Assess the desired HR and proper personality with Personality and Aptitude Tests.

Interview

  • Assess an applicant for the position and personality.
  • Position Interview: ask and answer the experiences (career) of an applicant for the position applied.
  • Personality Interview: assess the proper HR for LS Automotive Technologies-oriented value and culture with attitude and mind, etc.

Medical Examination

Examine the health of an applicant from the medical institute designated by LS Automotive Technologies, and check its result for one week.

step06

Entrance

  • Decide the term and conditions of employment considering the career in accordance with regulations and rules of LS Automotive Technologies, and propose it to the applicant.
  • Notify the final pass and provide guidelines if the term and conditions of the employment is negotiated.
